No employee is allowed to operate production or inspection equipment until having undergone extensive, rigorous training. Since the advent of ZGCr15, it’s the first choice of making military equipment and high grade precision bearings. By adopting the improved electro slag remelting techniques, we can reduce non-metallic inclusions, modify its distribution, split the composition blocks, and thus reduce the adverse effects. During the remelting process, the metal is also further refined, significantly enhancing the steel density, restructuring the crystals and reforming the continuity of carbon composition resulting in a more organized lattice. As the result of strict procedures, the service life and reliability of the material can achieves higher levels than ever before. Produced using argon shielded vacuum-degassed steel techniques, our ZGCr15 (oxygen content below 15×10-6) is of the world’s highest quality, that which is used in aircraft engines. Such highest grade bearing steel is used for RHD’s full range products.
