The staff conference of Luoyang RHD Bearing Co., Ltd. was held on the afternoon of March 7, 2009. The meeting called on all staff to earnestly study, be conscientious, overcome obstacles, and unite as one, striving for the goals set up by the General Assembly.
At the meeting, all staff loudly sang “The Song of Run Huan”. Managing Director, Mr. Deliang Li, made a comprehensive review report on the work we’ve done in 2008 and resolved to follow through with the new schedule in the coming.
He said that in 2008, the company put an emphasis on team building as the main objective; this has resulted in a significant positive effect on attitude and achieved gratifying results as well. The S719 series, which is the new launch among the products in the precision bearing series, has won recognition from the highest national testing organization, which found that the technical specification has reached and even exceeded ABEC 7, and the surface roughness has achieved a level of ABEC 9.
By supplementing each other, RHD BEARING (UK) and RHD BEARING (CN DP Center) mutually have achieved remarkable benefits, and have exceeded the sales volume projections as well.
In the report, the following work which we should be done in 2009 has been pointed out:
1. Consistently improving on the rules and regulations of the Stock Incentive Plan to provide a harmonious personal working environment which (in turn) promotes staff attitude of high enthusiasm and responsibility for the accomplishment of their work.
2. Consistently improving on the RHD teamwork-building to create an industrious, pragmatic, promising team.
3. Consistently improving on market development, interaction with clients, standardization of the sales scope, selling price refinement, and striving to exceed sales projections (again) in 2009 sales.
4. By consistently improving the level of quality, refining appearance, advancing technology, and striving for more elegant designs, we aim to get a higher market share in the bearing field and expand our popularity, credibility and reputation.
Finally, Managing Director, Mr. Deliang Li, suggests: Under the pressures of the current urgent circumstances, we must carry forward the never-say-die spirit by seeking and seizing opportunities. With first-class products, superior techniques, and an outstanding team, we are convinced of having a much better year to come.
